Judith Nakimbugwe has a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting from Uganda Christian University, Mukono, Uganda. In AkiDwA she holds the position of volunteer, working as support staff for the Women Health Programme and has participated in AkiDwA’s events. She first gained an interest in AkiDwA when she heard about the role she was playing in integrating migrant women into the Irish community. Prior to this she gained work experience as an intern at Advance Uganda Microfinance Limited (AUMF) and at Adventist Development Relief Agencies Uganda (ADRA Uganda). She aspires to use her educational background to create sustainable business solutions.
Judith Nakimbugwe was born in Uganda where she spent her childhood and moved to Ireland in September 2018 to further her studies and pursue a career in professional accountancy. When she isn’t chasing her dreams she is a polygamist reader, loves taking nature walks, travelling to new places and she is learning the Irish language.
