Aradhana (Kuxi) Ghai

Aradhana (Kuxi) Ghai is a producer, journalist, media consultant and Human Rights Activist born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. She was  formerly Head of Media at the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR).

Before joining the KNCHR, Kuxi worked on award winning films, documentaries  and commercial productions all around Africa. As a producer, Kuxi played a key role in  bringing  international sporting and music events such as the  Cricket World Cup to  Kenya.   Kuxi  has also worked as a media consultant,  creating and implementing media strategies for some of Kenya’s biggest companies and NGOs.

In Ireland Kuxi produced the podcasts hosted by former Newstalk presenter, Dil Wrickremasinghe. The Sparking Change with Dil podcasts focused on  social justice and mental health issues.

Kuxi regularly volunteers with various charities in Dublin. She works with the homeless, lone parents, women, asylum seekers, refugees and migrants living in Ireland.

Kuxi’s values have strong roots in the ethics of social justice and equality for all. She is inherently driven by the principles outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Kuxi works to uplift humanity to a space where we all have an equal seat at the table.
