Paola Maggiorotto
Paola Maggiorotto is a Technical Support Manager at Bing, Microsoft Search Advertising She is involved in Microsoft Ireland’s Diversity and Inclusion programs globally. She is Italian and has been living in Ireland for more than eight years.
Paola is a human rights activist and to date has supported many campaigns on equality issues. She is involved in the Diversity and Inclusion programs in Microsoft Ireland and globally.
Paola has corporate experience in people management, project and programme management, stakeholder engagement, marketing and communications. She works to guarantee a gender and cultural balanced recruiting pipeline/workforce and advocates for more inclusion of women in technology.
Paola has a Master’s Degree in International Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages for International, Institutional and Business Relations. She also focused on NGO/Charity studies and has a Diploma in Managing Charities in the Voluntary and Community Sector, a Diploma in Latin American Development Studies and a Diploma in Understanding and Addressing Gender Based Violence in Development Contexts
