The health of migrant women is a complex and multifaceted issue that encompasses various aspects, including physical, mental, reproductive, and social well-being. The migration process itself, along with the conditions in country of destination can significantly impact the health outcomes of women. Migrant women therefore often have multiple unmet health needs before, during and after settling in Ireland. AkiDwA work on health in the last few years has been focusing on two areas, Reproductive health and mental health.
